1. No Refund After Sample Testing

Once the water sample has been collected and testing has begun, no refund will be issued, as laboratory processes are already initiated.

2. Cancellation Before Sample Collection

Customers can cancel their booking before sample collection and are eligible for a full refund.

3. Rescheduling Option

If you are unable to proceed with the scheduled sample collection, you may request rescheduling instead of cancellation, subject to availability.

4. Incorrect Booking

If a service is booked by mistake, you may request a refund within 24 hours, provided the sample collection has not been done.

5. Delay in Service

In case of unexpected delays from our side, customers can choose to reschedule or request a refund (before testing begins).

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
